Question by : HELP!!! Need to fall asleep fast!?
i have to go to sleep early for school because I get terrible eye bags from a lack of sleep.I need to fall asleep in less than 30 mins.I usually can’t fall asleep for an hour or 2 of trying.I already know to relax,drink milk,eat comfort food,take a bath,walk around,not watch tv for another hour,i need to use the advice today.PLEASE HELP ME!!

i like to put music and stories on the radio and go to the restroom so you don’t wake up in the middle of the night (probably knew that but..) that’s all i can think of hope i helped

  1. Ok this is going to be hard but I think you can do this.

    Get off line NOW. Don’t wait around for answers and do not take sleeping pills. Just go to bed with the light off. No moving, no words, no music, no people, or technological devices. Just lay down and do it the old fashion way, eventually it should work. Promise.

  2. You could try getting hold of some Melatonin. It’s a natural substance produced by your brain, and enters the blood stream after the sun goes down. It isn’t a sedative, and if you want to stay awake you will, but if you take it about 20 minutes before you want to go to sleep, it’s very effective with most people. Doesn’t leave you feeling hung over, either, next day.

    I use melatonin when travelling, to help me sleep on the plane and one night after I land, to jolt my system into a new time zone.
